Da die Hightech-Keramik härter als Stahl ist, erweist dich die Werkstoffkombination von Stahl und Keramik als ausgesprochen schneid-, kratz- und abriebfest. Zudem ist e30 extrem glanzbeständig und somit besonders langlebig.
Aber auch die Kocheigenschaften können sich sehen lassen. Der durchgezogene Stahlkern und das dunkle Innenmaterial sorgen für optimale Gareigenschaften, auch bei hohen Temperaturen. Die Pfannen heizen sehr schnell auf. Die Energie lässt sich daher frühzeitig zurückschalten.
Für Allergiker stellte sich Silit Vision schon allein deshalb als besonders gut geeignet heraus, weil der Werkstoff e30 schadstoff- und nickelfrei ist. Durch die porenlose Oberfläche erlebt man e30 auch als hygienisch und geschmacksneutral.
Natürlich ist Silit Vision auch antibakteriell. Diese Eigenschaft hemmt das Wachstum und die Verbreitung von Bakterien und sorgt für aktive Hygiene in der Küche. Silit Vision e30 erweist sich aber auch als extrem glatt und somit besonders schonend für Glaskeramik-Kochzonen. Erfreulicherweise ist das Material spülmaschinenfest und spielend leicht zu reinigen. Silit Vision zeigt sich als überaus kompatibel mit allen Herdarten, einschließlich Induktions- und Sensorkochfeldern.
